If it connects to water in your bathroom, I can install it. Bathroom and kitchen faucets. Toilets. Showers and shower systems. Bathtubs. Vanity sinks. Supply lines and shut-off valves. I work in older homes with galvanized pipe and newer builds alike.
Fixture installation isn't a ten-minute job when it's done right. A proper faucet swap involves shutting off the supply, disconnecting and inspecting the existing lines, installing the new fixture, connecting supply lines, checking the drain, and testing for leaks. If the shut-off valve is corroded — and in a lot of DC rowhouses, it is — that gets handled too. You don't want to find out it doesn't work the next time you actually need it.
I don't upsell. If a repair fixes the problem, I'll tell you. If a replacement makes more sense, I'll explain why. You decide.

A lot of customers already have the fixture they want. Maybe you bought it at Ferguson, picked it up at Home Depot, or ordered something specific online. That's fine. Bring your own fixture and I'll install it.
If you'd rather I source it, I can do that too. I have access to fixtures you won't find at a big-box store, and I can point you toward options that are worth the money and hold up over time. Either way, the installation is the same.
One thing worth knowing: if you supply the fixture and it turns out to be defective, that's between you and the manufacturer. I'll let you know if something looks off before I install it.

Fixture installation is often just one piece of a larger project. If you're thinking about a full bathroom remodel — new tile, new layout, tub-to-shower conversion, the whole thing — I handle all the plumbing scope and coordinate with trusted partners for the rest.
That means demolition, rough-in, pipe relocation, drain work, and every fixture installation in the room. I work with Capitol Tile Designs for tile and finish work. You deal with me; I handle the coordination.

It depends on the fixture, the condition of the existing plumbing, and whether anything else needs attention — a corroded shut-off valve, a drain that's been leaking behind the wall. I give you a straight number before I start. No surprises after the fact.
Can I supply my own fixture and have Mike install it?
Yes. Most of my customers do exactly that. Just make sure it's the right fixture for your setup — I'm happy to answer questions before you buy if you're not sure.
